Most of this discharge is physiologic and represents cervical mucus. The more babies you’ve had, the more likely you are to experience this discharge. If your discharge has a bad odor, itches, or is green in color, tell your doctor to make sure it’s not an infection. Otherwise, expect to have some discharge throughout pregnancy.
